Testing equipment
Dongyang has advanced equipment for testing entire motorcycle, motor engine, and parts. The key equipment is introduced from some world-renown manufacturers of Japan, Germany, and America etc. A complete quality control system has been set up for testing engine under-pan, shocking absorption capability, lightings, electro-components, sub-contracted parts, as well as exhaust gas analysis etc.
About software
From the very beginning, Dongyang has been sticking to creation of high-grade brand and the quality policy of “pursue first-level quality and ensure customer’s satisfaction”, meanwhile Dongyang has adopted modern production and management models such as 5S, TQM, JIT as well proposal perfection in order to improve comprehensive management. Dongyang fosters staff’s quality and self-management awareness, and carries out various training programs such as training for mechanical operation skill, quality knowledge, as well as personnel’s performance examination in order to improve worker’s capability comprehensively. Quality of outsourcing parts is guaranteed through creating quality record file, quality guarantee agreement, and implementing regular quality examination to suppliers.
Complete control procedures and standards for such as incoming parts inspection, production control and ex factory product testing have been made in order to reach quality management. Dongyang now has about 50 staffs for quality management, accounting for 15% of the total staff number and all the managerial personnel are graduates with degree of university or above and years quality management experiences.
